We liaise with brand merchants and authorised wholesalers from USA & Europe directly & manage to bring all these authentic products for our fans here. We carry a mix of both current and past season models & discounts for older models will definitely be much higher. That is why we are able to offer you authentic designer brands at such competitive prices.
Are your bags / items authentic?
Yes, all items are 100% authentic and Brand NEW, and we only obtain them directly from brand merchants and authorised wholesalers. If you have any doubts, we would gladly assist you to verify the authenticity of your purchased item with any of the respective branded stores in your country.
How many days does it take for the products to reach me?
Please allow 1-2 working days for packing & delivery within Malaysia is another 2-5 working days depending on location.
How to make payment in Malaysia & Singapore ?
You can make an online payment via PayPal, credit/debit card (We accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express), Easy Payment (Include Installment and E-Banking) or bank transfer as follows.

Will I be charged extra for Goods & Services Tax & can I get a tax refund for overseas shipping?
Surprisel absorbs all Goods & Services Tax for you so that you will not be charged any extra fees during check out. There will not be a tax refund since you are not required to pay them in the first place.

How much is my shipping cost? Do you ship to other countries as well?
Good news! We offer free shipping for any purchase within Malaysia,Singapore & 15 countries worldwide!

Custom Duties and Taxes Charges?
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to, and you are required to make your own payment to release your order from customs upon arrival of good.
Only with the exception of Malaysia & Sabah as we ship them directly from our Johor office. Prices are already inclusive of all charges ( include courier delivery & tax ).
Do all purchased bags come with dust bags & original brand packaging?
Most brands will come with their original dustbags with the exception of Coach, Kate Spade & Micheal Kors as they are not provided by the merchant itself.
We deliver all bags / items with our nice Surprisel carriers for local delivery & boxes for all overseas delivery.
Can I cancel my order or exchange for other items after paying?
Customers will have to ensure that all orders are carefully checked before making final payment as no exchange or cancellation is allowed once payment is made.
We take pride in our goods & services and will check all items thoroughly before delivery to ensure excellent quality control. That is why we do not allow returns or exchanges unless items are incorrect or defective. If such a situation does arise, customers will have to inform us immediately within 3 working day once you received the item and return it back to us within 1 week in Malaysia or within 2 weeks for overseas shipment. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including warranty cards, price tags, documentation, manuals, and all other accessories.
There will be no cash refunds except in the case of defective items or if items are out of stock. Such refunds will exclude any shipping and delivery charge, which is non-refundable.
